Never understood the excitement over this service. It has great capabilities, but their UIs are horrible and difficult to navigate, and their iPad app (as of early 2012 when I tried it) crashed all the time. I’ve resorted to using the built-in Notes app which reliably syncs between devices.

My entire life has been slowly moved into Evernote. I track projects, keep analysis plans, recipes, kid photos, everything.

Recent app update that allowed both tables and checkboxes has been invaluable. Can't create on app, so I made several empty ones on computer. I use these as master lists; current status of all projects in a given area, together with links to the notes on the project. Would this be better done in a task manager? Yes, except that I'm IN Evernote all day long.

I've been using this app fro several years. I teach classroom courses and it's a great way to store notes, articles, etc. Create categories and tags to easily find your saved documents. This is a must-have app for iPhone, iPad, and desktop. I call it my File Cabinet.
