OmniFocus 2 for iPhone
iPhone

Description

Thank you for your interest in OmniFocus 2! We encourage anyone considering OmniFocus to purchase our universal app rather than this iPhone-only app. The universal app adds new features and is designed for all iOS devices: iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.

The universal app is the same price as this iPhone-only app, but it’s a better deal.

This app is still in the App Store so we can continue to offer updates to our existing customers, and so they can use Complete My Bundle to switch to the universal app without having to pay full price.

If you're a new customer considering OmniFocus, we encourage you to follow the Related Apps links to our universal OmniFocus 2 app (the one with a black checkmark on the icon, rather than this one with the white checkmark).

If you've been using OmniFocus 2 for iPhone and would like to start using OmniFocus on your Apple Watch or iPad, you can use Complete My Bundle with the OmniFocus Universal Bundle to get full credit for your existing investment in OmniFocus. (If you previously purchased OmniFocus 2 for iPad, you don't even need to Complete My Bundle! Check your Purchased apps: the universal update is free.)

If you own this app and don’t need the universal app, you’ll still get major free updates: features such as Dark Mode, Swipe to Flag, and Push-Triggered Syncing are on the way. Stay tuned!

If you have any feedback or questions, we’d love to hear from you! The Omni Group offers free support: you can reach us by email at omnifocus@omnigroup.com, by phone at 1-800-315-6664 or +1-206-523-4152, or on twitter at @omnifocus.

Thank you!

I honestly don't need 75% of what this app offers. If you'rs an extremely organized and busy person, this app will be a godsend.

If you're a disorganized slob like me, it's a waste of $20.

The new OmniFocus is the primary tool I use to manage my tasks and the most practical piece of software on my iPhone. OmniFocus is powerful and has a decent learning curve. It takes a strong philosophical understanding of specific organizational principles and a willingness to spend time learning all the features of the application. If you put in the effort to learn it, it unlocks your abilities to accomplish all things that need to be accomplished on time, and sees that all the things you want to accomplish move forward.

While expensive as apps go, OmniFocus 2 really should be the go to to anyone looking to do light to heavy To-Do and work management of your tasks. The update to iOS 7 is very welcome.

Don't listen to the reviews, this is well worth the $$ if you use Omni Focus a lot. The increase in speed and background updates is worth it alone. Love the new interface!

I've been using OmniFocus for years, and this version makes it even better. It takes the already awesome app and updates its look and navigability to make it even better than the original.

A very well done version of OmniFocus for the iPad. For me it was very worth the money.

Faster than the older version. Works very well, syncs beautifully. I set up email for sending a mail to tasks so the email shows on all devices rather than just the desktop. Took me a few minutes to figure out they changed "start date" to "defer until".

The only down side is the "flatness" part. I have a perspective that lets me view by Start Date - the divisions between the days are difficult for me to see since they have gone only slightly more "gray" than the white background.

Also I wish there was a way to eliminate todos with no start date, but that's a problem I've had all along.

I use the app on my phone/ipad/desktop every day and even with the quirks I love it.

Clean, elegant app based on David Allen's Getting Things Done. It took me less than 24 hours to determine that this was my favorite app purchase ever.

The GTD app of choice, period...dot. Available in an iPad version and a Mac app. Pricey, but there's no comparison, despite being one of the most crowded categories in the app store.
Best productivity app out there. Helps me keep everything in control.
